We are constantly updating the travel health course content to reflect the changing clinical environment & ensure we meet the needs of health professionals and their expectations.

Our Philosophy
At Travel Health Educate, we believe that foundation education in travel medicine should be accessible to all health professionals. By embracing new learning platforms this is made possible, thus reducing time away from your busy practice and reducing the need to travel.
Travel Health Educate seeks to deliver a high quality educational service to all nurses and doctors undertaking our courses. The knowledge gained will assist you in determining your own level of clinical competence and provide you with the tools and resources to work safely within your Scope of Practice as set down by NMBI and ICGP.
We strive to provide an affordable, high-quality educational services that empower nurses and doctors to achieve their professional goals.
Patricia Brady RGN, Dip in Tropical Nursing, RCSI 1995
Patricia is passionate about travel medicine and she strives to improve the quality and standards of travel healthcare in Ireland. With over 30 years of experience of delivering travel healthcare to clients, initially in the Tropical Medical Bureau and then the Student Health, UCD. To achieve her goals, Patricia has developed a foundation training course in travel medicine.
Patricia is a long standing member of both the Travel Medicine Society of Ireland (TMSI) and the International Society of Travel Medicine (ISTM) and more recently, a member of the British Global Travel Health Association (BGTHA).
Patricia has delivered educational content in travel medicine for over 25 years in a variety of settings, which include:
HSE Introduction to Practice Nursing courses.
TMSI Educational Meetings and the annual Masterclass.
Irish Practice Nurse Association (now the IGPNEA)
The post-grad Dip. in Tropical Medicine course, run by RCSI.
LHP Skillsnet - Introduction to General Practice Nursing, 2021, 2023 & 2024.
Jane Campion RGN, Dip in Tropical Nursing, RCSI and MSc in Primary Care, NUIG 2009,
Jane Campion, previously of "Healthcare Minds" up to 2023. She has over 20 years of experience in the delivery nurse education. She was a Trainer affiliated to the Irish Heart Foundation’s CPR & ECC Training Programme.
Jane has been a guest lecturer for nurses & doctors on a range of topics for:
RCSI Cert, H Dip, & Masters in Practice Nursing courses.
HSE Introduction to Practice Nursing courses.
The Irish College of General Practitioners.
